David Goliath’s is a bluegrass gospel album in the brother-duet style, the brothers being me singing and playing mandolin and singer/picker Stell Newsome on guitar. Backed by great bluegrass players from throughout the northwest in the US and Canada - like John Reischman and Ben Windenhaus - Stell and I recorded our favorite songs in the repertoire after singing them around campfires and in backyards for years around Whatcom Country, Washington.
